"My journey at North End Teleservices has been that of growth. In my time here, which is just over five years, I have learned and accomplished a lot. My experience in the Front-line Supervisor Apprenticeship program gave me the time I needed to develop. The frequent coaching sessions, new projects, and opportunities to lead gave me so many skills I would not have had the opportunity to gain in my previous positions. I was able to develop a skill set that propelled me after my graduation to now manage my own Operations department. I took the learning experience and doubled it. I am currently leading my first group of apprentices and can’t wait to see them soak in all of their learning and come out on the other side as leaders."

"I have been with North End Teleservices for over four years. NET focuses on employee development. I had the opportunity of a lifetime to complete the NET Supervisor Apprenticeship program through Bellevue University in October of 2018, becoming a certified Supervisor through the State of Nebraska. The apprenticeship program was six months and involved taking two college-level courses online, along with engaging in real-life, on-the-job training situations at the NET facility. The college courses are paid for by NET, and you earn real college credits! This personally meant a lot to me and my future education as I can use these credits towards a degree if this is something I wish to pursue in the future."
